SHIPPING POLICY

Zambezi Gallery is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. Zambezi Gallery proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

1. SHIPPING

All products have VAT and shipping included into the cost. Products are usually processed and shipped out in 7-21 business days. Smaller items can be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Zambezi Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Zambezi Gallery allows you to return item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case of out-of-stock, Zambezi Gallery send available items first and send remaining items when items arrive back in stock

7. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Made to order items are items that are not produced and kept in stock. These items are specifically made by the artisan upon request or commissioning the item. Upon request they can also be made bespoke to customer needs (please let us know of any customisations). The lead time can vary depending on the artisan, region and artform they will make.

8. BREXIT / CUSTOMS / EXPORTS

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, and clearance fees (where applicable) in their own country. These charges are generated by local authorities and are not created or assigned by Zambezi Gallery. If you refuse to pay the customs & duties on your order or refuse delivery of the package, then the cost of returning the package to the supplier/ our warehouse will be deducted from your refund if a refund is applicable.

We are currently offering a reimbursement of 20% of the total amount of customs & duties paid (excluding VAT) as store credit if you send us a copy of your receipt or proof of payment. Please submit your request for this reimbursement to info@zambezigallery.com.

To qualify for customs reimbursement, your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order delivery.

International customers will also have these fees paid for by Zambezi Gallery but there will usually be some importation costs and duties payable for goods on entry to your country. Please ask us for an estimate before purchasing if you are unsure what your local government is likely to charge you. If this doesn’t answer your question please just call or email us. From a customer's perspective, the biggest change now that the UK is outside of the EU is that all goods must now be imported into the UK first. This process can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks, which can make it very difficult for retailers to give you an accurate prediction of how long in total it will take to deliver your order.
