Is VAT and Shipping Charged?
All products have VAT and shipping included into the cost.
Is the shipment protected?
In the rare event an item gets damaged, the shipments are fully insured during transit. Suppliers and artisans will also make sure they can send replacement parts free of charge.
What is MTO - Made To Order?
Made to order items are items that are not produced and kept in stock. These items are specifically made by the artisan upon request or commissioning the item. Upon request they can also be made bespoke to customer needs (please let us know of any customisations). The lead time can vary depending on the artisan, region and artform they will make.

Do Paintings come framed?
Paintings from around the world come without frames, this is how the artisans send the art out. It also allows us to lower the cost of shipping and to have ease of transportation. However, please send us an email at info@zambezigallery.com if you would like to have a frame for your art piece and we will do our best to source it for you.
