When it comes to finding authentic cultural items in the UK, it can be quite challenging and frustrating. While there is no shortage of prints and mass-produced goods that are marketed as "cultural", it can be difficult to find the real deal - the handcrafted goods that add a sense of real colour, flavour and diversity to the home. One of the main issues we have found is that many people don't even see authentic cultural items as an option in their homes because they are so poorly advertised in today's globalised world.
